There is a multitude of books on the topic. One of the better books, in which all the topics of the course are treated, is the following:

Data Structures and Algorithm Analysis in Java
Mark Allen Weiss
Addison Wesley, 1999.

It is strongly recommended to read this book in parallel with the treatment in the lectures and the script.
